Shipping & Returns
Magic Lamp is available to be shipped to North America, and other countries that accept a type A plug. If you live outside of North America, you may need an adaptor or voltage converter depending on your location.
All Magic Lamps are carefully packed in a double carton, and shipped using Canada Post.
Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive. For international customers, allow 4-6 weeks by surface.
Product Damage During Shipping
If by chance you receive a damaged product, please advise us within 3 days of your receipt (we will not accept the claim after 3 days).
- If necessary we will ask you to send a photo of the damaged product.
- If the lamp has minor damage, we will provide technical advice and/or a repair kit.
- If your Magic Lamp is beyond repair we will replace the lamp or refund your money.
You may return an item purchased from www.magiclamp.ca to the address below. We accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:
- Contact us by phone or email before returning any product.
- Refunds and exchanges are given within 14 days of original order shipment reception date.
- Refunds are only for product, not for shipping cost, unless it is our mistake or defective product.
- If you choose "Add name" option, we cannot refund for the product, as it is already personalized.
- All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition.
- Refunds will be applied to your PayPal account or Credit Card, according to the method that was used to purchase the item.
- If a product was purchased from one of our retail stores, please contact them directly.
