2 Types of Lamps
You can choose either one as an option when you check out.

Regular Magic Lamp
Through rice paper covering all 4 sides of the frame, you can see the images running in all directions, and nice pattern of light spinning on the ceiling.
It looks nice even when the light is off. -
Projector Magic Lamp
With rice paper on just the 2 front sides of the frame, the images run through the front, and are projected on the walls behind the lamp. Empty sides of rear frame allow the images to be projected on to walls.
The lamp should be placed very close to the walls ( not more than 2") in a corner to have clear and big images on the wall ( like in the photo ). You can see the light on the ceiling as well.

The inspiration for Magic Lamp came to us 37 years ago from the buddhist ceremonial lamps, Japanese Mawari-Doro. We call them Magic Lamp because they spin without any motor. As the warm air from the bulb rises, it causes the design to spin.
It is beautiful in a nursery and in children's bedrooms, providing a soothing light. It is a great idea for a baby shower gift, a unique birthday or Xmas gift. Optionally, personalize your lamp with your kid's name. It's a stunning light for any room in the house and for any age.
They have been used in many movies in kids' bedroom scenes. Watch for one in ‘Art of Racing In The Rain “ and “Tully”.

How long will it take for shipping?USA and Canada customers, please allow 8-12 business days for shipping. International customers, please allow 4-6 weeks by surface and 2-3 weeks by air.

Can I change the design of my spinning lamp?Yes. Because the cylinders are interchangeable, simply order a new cylinder from us. You do not need to buy the full Magic Lamp each time. Select your design at first and choose an option "Cylinder Only" when making your purchase.
